These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by GetIntoTech Solutions (“GetIntoTech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including any accounts you create, forms you submit, and professional services you purchase from us. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

GetIntoTech Solutions is a technology company based in Ghana. We design and build websites, Learning Management Systems (LMS), enterprise management software, mobile applications, and related digital transformation services for schools, churches, businesses, NGOs and other organisations.

2. Acceptance
By browsing this website, creating an account, submitting a contact or quote request, or signing a project agreement with us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Website content is general information only. A specific project’s scope, timeline, fees, deliverables and warranties are defined in a written proposal, quotation, invoice or signed agreement between you and GetIntoTech. Where a project agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.
4. Quotes and proposals
Requests submitted through our Request a Quote form or contact channels are invitations for us to respond, not binding offers until we issue a written proposal and you accept it. Quotes remain valid for the period stated on the proposal (or 14 days if none is stated), unless withdrawn earlier.
5. Accounts on this website
You may register with email and password or sign in with Google. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that are abused, used to harm others, or used in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
6. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or non-public data
- Upload malware, scrape the site in a way that impairs service, or overload our infrastructure
- Use the site to send spam, harass others, or post unlawful, defamatory or infringing content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
We may remove content, restrict access, or take other reasonable steps to protect the site and our users.
7. Intellectual property
Website content. The design, text, graphics, logos and software of this website are owned by GetIntoTech or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Client project work. Unless a project agreement states otherwise, upon full payment of all fees due for a deliverable, the client receives ownership of the final agreed deliverables produced specifically for that client. GetIntoTech retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, methodologies and know-how, and may reuse non-confidential techniques and generic components. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement prohibits it.
8. Payments and taxes
Fees, deposits, milestones and payment methods are set out in your proposal or invoice. Work may be paused if invoices remain unpaid beyond the stated due date. Prices are in the currency shown on the invoice. Applicable Ghana taxes (including VAT where required) may be added as required by law.
9. Client responsibilities
For project work, you agree to provide timely content, feedback, access credentials and decisions needed to progress the project. Delays caused by late client input may shift timelines. You warrant that materials you supply (text, logos, images, data) do not infringe third-party rights and that you have authority to use them.
10. Support and maintenance
Post-launch support, hosting, domain management and maintenance are only included if expressly agreed in writing. Separate support or retainer terms may apply.
11. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We strive for accuracy and uptime but do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Advice on the blog and FAQ is general and does not replace a tailored project assessment.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Ghana, GetIntoTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from use of the website or our services. Our total liability arising from any claim relating to the website is limited to GHS 500. For paid project work, liability is limited as stated in the applicable project agreement, or if silent, to the fees paid to us for the specific deliverable giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not allowed).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify GetIntoTech against reasonable claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these Terms, or materials you provide that infringe third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
14. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your relationship with us when you use the site or our services.
15. Third-party services
The site may link to third-party websites or use services such as Google Sign-In. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for website use. Project agreements already signed are not altered by website Terms updates unless both parties agree in writing.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith. If unresolved, courts in Ghana shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
